The B&Bs we can recommend are all on the same road, Woodsley Road, Leeds LS2 9LX, which is a couple of minutes walk from campus. Campus is a good ten-minute walk from city centre.
We recommend you stay at the Manxdene Guesthouse, as the rooms are clean and welcoming, hostess Deborah is very friendly and helpful, and she’s making us a great offer of £20 per room, breakfast included, if you quote “COETZEE CONFERENCE”. Some rooms have twin beds, so if you don’t mind sharing, you can even get a room for £10 each. (You could post a message below to see who’s up for this.)

The guesthouse does not have its own website, but there are plenty of pictures on the web. Don’t be put-off by the negative reviews, most of them are a good couple of years old, and I found the rooms neat and hygienic!
